Government services & banks
Queue and service time in every branch, on one scale.

Visitors judge an institution by its queue. Rasd measures the wait at the counters, the counter with no clerk, the visitor nobody called, and compares all branches on the same scale.

What we call things here: entrance, waiting hall, counters, restricted areas

Questions Rasd answers

Three questions asked every day.

  1. 01

What was the average wait in each branch today?

  2. 02

How many counters are closed while the queue stands?

  3. 03

Which branch serves faster with the same number of visitors?

Privacy in this sector

People are counted as numbers. Not as faces.

A visitor is a number in a queue, not an identity. No faces, no images, and video can stay inside the branch on a local device if policy requires.

  • No facesThe system recognises nobody. Anonymous individuals and groups, that is all.
  • No stored imagesVideo is analysed live and never kept.
  • Numbers onlyWhat leaves the branch is counts and durations, not footage.
