Supermarkets & hypermarkets
Queues before they grow, aisles before they jam.

Supermarket customers judge the branch at the checkout. Rasd watches queues live, the checkout with no cashier, and the aisles that jam at peak.

What we call things here: checkouts, aisles, entrance, peak

Questions Rasd answers

Three questions asked every day.

  1. 01

How many checkouts are open, and how many people are in each queue right now?

  2. 02

Which day and hour is the branch at its highest load?

  3. 03

Which aisle gets crowded, and when?

Privacy in this sector

People are counted as numbers. Not as faces.

The trolley gets counted, its owner does not. No faces, no images — queue and aisle numbers only.

  • No facesThe system recognises nobody. Anonymous individuals and groups, that is all.
  • No stored imagesVideo is analysed live and never kept.
  • Numbers onlyWhat leaves the branch is counts and durations, not footage.
